About Ameer Analytical Laboratory
AMEER ANALYTICAL LABORATORY OPC is a Department of Health (DOH)–accredited Water Testing Laboratory providing Microbiological and Physical-Chemical Analysis services. The laboratory operates under DOH License No. DOH054473, and is located at A. Mabini St., Brgy. Mojon, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
The laboratory was originally established in 2006 by its founder, the late AMIRA DE LEON ARROYO and formerly operated as Ameer Diagnostic Laboratory, a DTI-registered sole proprietorship, and has completed its transition to a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)–registered One Person Corporation (OPC). Following the issuance of the DOH Certificate of Accreditation under its new corporate name in October 2025, AMEER ANALYTICAL LABORATORY OPC now fully operates under its registered name starting December 1, 2025 for all technical, legal, and financial transactions. The incorporation and current management of the company are now led by the founder’s son, AYMAN JOSEPH ARROYO, a licensed chemist, ensuring continuity of leadership and operational stability. AMEER ANALYTICAL LABORATORY OPC is ISO 9001:2015 certified by TÜV Rheinland for Bacteriological Testing and Physical & Chemical Testing, under Certificate Register No. 01 100 1835821, evidencing compliance with internationally recognized quality management standards.
The laboratory is equipped with DOH-compliant analytical instruments and is managed by licensed professionals with extensive technical experience and specialized training. The organization is staffed by Board-Certified Pathologists, Medical Technologists, and Registered Chemists with demonstrated expertise in water testing and laboratory analysis.
